GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS exercises form the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM. It is FUN, accessible & complimentary to everyone! GYROTONIC® exercises use dials, pulleys & weights adjusted to the individual, providing tailored support & resistance. GYROKINESIS® exercises are free form, seated, on the floor & standing. Spiraling, circular movements flow in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breath. These fluid gyrations help build strength, flexibility & help with injury recovery. Regular training decompresses the joints, improves posture, mobility, aerobic capacity & enhances overall vitality. All ages & abilities are welcome, from seniors to moms-to-be, business men & women to people with disabilities, athletes & dancers
